Course Contents:

Biosynthetic aspects and Synthesis of selected natural products of biological and structural importance: Discussions on synthetic methods, strategies towards these natural products mostly in chiral forms will be discussed in detail.

The natural products include carbacycles and heterocyclic moieties containing structures raning from 3-memebered to macrocyles, and complex natural products such as Taxol, rapamycin, lejimailde B etc.
