Use of DJ in Community Centres/Marriage lawn is strictly prohibited. However, Public Address Systems, if used within the premises, must be played at a low volume so as not to disturb the residents in the neighborhood. In any case, use of public address system is permitted only during the hours 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm. The security staff of the Institute shall be authorized to order switching off the PA system beyond 10.00 pm. In case of non-compliance of his order and violation of Noise Norms, the Noise Security Deposit shall be forfeited, which is Rs. 5,000/-.
