The XXXVII Convocation of the Institute has been fixed for Tuesday, the 31^st May, 2005.

It has been decided that all the students in the M.Tech., M.Des. and Ph.D. programmes who are able to complete their oral examination on or before May 21, 2005 will be eligible for the award of degree at the ensuing Convocation. The Academic Office will not be able to process the papers regarding viva-voce examinations received between May 23 and May 31, 2005.

Please also note that the regular grades for B.Tech. / M. Sc. Project Courses and Industrial Tour/Training must be finalized and submitted to the Academic Section no later than May 19, 2005. However, efforts should be made to send these as early as possible.
