IMPORTANT NOTICE

(FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS)

            It is a pleasure to inform all the Graduating Students of the Institute that the XXXVIII Convocation will be held on Monday June 05^th 2006.

            All PG students who complete the graduation requirements, including the viva-voce, on or before May 28, 2006 will be eligible for award of degree at the Convocation.

            All graduating students may kindly ensure that they have filled up the prescribed Performa available from the Academic Section (Room No. 154 FB for UG and Room No. 276 FB for PG) about attending the Convocation and receiving the degree in person. They must carefully check the spellings of the name which will appear in the degree both in Hindi and English.

            The rehearsal for the Convocation will be held on Sunday, June 04, 2006.  Only those students, who register their presence in the rehearsal on June 04, 2006 will be eligible to receive the degree in person at the Convocation. It will not be possible to entertain requests for inclusion of the name thereafter.
