Applications are invited for one position of Project Manager in Estate Office. The Post is temporary and on contractual basis for a period of one year or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualification (s) & Post Qualification experience:

Postgraduate (MBA/MCA/M. Com / M.Sc. / MA) + 8 years relevant experience.

OR

Graduate (B. Sc./ BA/ B. Com/ BBA/ BCA) + 15 years relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable Qualifications: Candidates should have requisite experience of the following areas:

  • Tender drafting-bilingual
  • Contract agreement drafting –bilingual
  • Hindi Correspondence
  • Knowledge of PPA
  • Experience of working with CPPP
  • Collection of dues and maintenance of such data/ issue of notices
  • Updating account book
  • Maintenance of list of commercial establishments on
  • Term Extension list maintenance
  • Issue of extension letters
  • Updating payment status- CEMMC
  • Scan and uploading of docs
