Applications are invited for the posts of Deputy Project Manager in the Office of Faculty Affairs at IIT Kanpur. Post is purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year till the end of project, whichever is earlier. Details of requirement are as below:

Scale of pay: Rs. 19200-1600-48000

No. of posts: 01 (one nos.)

Minimum Qualification and Post Qualification Experience:

Graduate (B.Sc/ BA/ B.Com / BBA/ BCA/ LLB) + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable Experience: Candidates should have requisite experience of the following areas:

  • Faculty Standing committee meeting
  • Regularisation, upgradation & confirmation
  • Appointment/extension of Postdoctoral fellows, Visiting Faculty, Adjunct Professors
  • Emeritus Fellowship
  • Police Verification Report/ follow up
  • Assistance in Organising DFAC + IFAC meetings
  • Assistance in Faculty Selection Committee meeting.
  • Joining related works
  • Preparation of Note files, NoCs etc.
  • Service-related certificated

Last date of receipt of application: A self-attested resume in prescribed format (DOAD-IP-203) along with self-attested copies of qualifications and experience is must and shall be sent to oic_dofa@iitk.ac.in by 23rd May 2022.
