  • Project Officer (Programme, pedagogy and research) at ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, Udaipur, Rajasthan from May 2012 till July 2014. Was jointly responsible for developing, testing and implementing English curriculum at school level, pre-service teacher training and in-service teacher education in Rajasthan during 2012-14.

  • Teaching Assistant, The EFL University, Hyderabad during September 2007 to March 2012. Taught basic, intermediate and advanced level learners English for general and specific purposes and was also involved in developing proficiency tests.

  • Assistant Professor (English) with Aurora Consortium of Engineering Colleges, Hyderabad from Aug 2008 to July 2009.

  • Research Assistant with the Promise Foundation, Bangalore, during Jan-Feb 2011. Worked on a project investigating difficulties of young children in reading Kannada as their L1.

  • I listen to Indian classical music (both Hindustani and Carnatic). I am also interested in World Cinema (Kurosawa, Fellini, Bergman, Majidi are some of my favourite directors).
