Applications are invited for temporary position of Project Technician & Project Mechanic to work full time in a project No# MISC/AE/2018014
Post: Project Technician
Number of Post: 02 (duration: three year)
Salary range: Rs. 14,400-1200-36,000 per month (consolidated)
Minimum Qualification: High school +ITI+9 Years relevant experience or 3 Years Engineering Diploma + 4Years relevant experience or B Sc. + 4 years relevant experience.
Desirable Qualification for Post 1 of Project Technician: Knowledge of sensors, calibration of various sensors, electrical & electronic circuits, strain gaging and related instrumentation, motors & motion control, familiarity with LabVIEW for simple data acquisition, maintenance of various equipment for wind tunnel including computers & other peripheral devices.
Desirable Qualification for Post 2 of Project Technician: Knowledge of FRP Model fabrication for wind tunnel applications, precision fitting & assembly of wind tunnel models. Experience of wind tunnel maintenance & operation.
Post: Project Mechanic
Number of Post: 01 (duration: three year)
Salary range: Rs. 8,400-700-21,000 per month (consolidated)
Minimum Qualification: High school +ITI or High School + 5 Years relevant experience.
Desirable Qualification: The candidate should have good knowledge of wind tunnel model preparation, fabrication of pressure models, fitting & assembly of wind tunnel models and repair of probes used in wind tunnel.
