Applications are invited for one research associate (RA) position in a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) New Delhi, Sponsored project, entitled “Development of new synthetic routes for biologically important N-heterocycles via SN2-type ring-opening/domino ring-opening cyclization (DROC) of aziridines and azetidines” tenable at Department of Chemistry,  IIT Kanpur under the supervision of the undersigned.    

Emoluments: Rs. 36000 per month + other allowances as per CSIR guidelines and Institute rules
               
The position is purely temporary and for 1 year initially. After the first year the tenure could be extended subject to satisfactory performance.  

Educational qualification: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry

Age limit maximum: 35 years [Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/women/PH candidates]
