Applications are invited for the post of Senior Project associate under the project
entitled "FABRICATION OF 2-D AND 3-D MICROSTRUCTURES FOR SENSOR
APPLICATIONS USING GRAY-SCALE MASKLESS LITHOGRAPHY" sponsored by
DMSRDE, DRDO at the Center for Nanosciences, IIT Kanpur.
Minimum Qualification: Candidate should be B.Tech (Chemical/Material Science &
Engineering/Nanotechnology) + 1 year research experience OR
M.Sc.(Chemistry/Physics/Mat. Science) + 1 year research experience.
Desired Qualification: M.Tech.(Chemical/Material Sc & Engineering/Nanotechnology)
with hands on experience in operating optical lithography system. Preference would be
given to candidate who can also operate SEM, AFM, optical microscope and Optical
Profilometer and other lab equipment like sputter coater, oven and furnaces
independently and has worked in clean environment.
Nature of work: Candidate would be responsible to perform experiments and analysis
of data to meet out project objectives.
Salary Range: 18000-1800-36000
Duration of appointment: The post is purely temporary in nature and is for the
duration of one year or till the end of project whichever is earlier initially which may be
extended for one more year based on performance.
Position is purely temporary in nature. The institute reserves the right to fix suitable
criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualification and experience.
