Project Executive Officer - (1)
Qualification: Ph.D. / Masters / B.Tech with significant experience and expertise in the relevant area.
Salary range: 50400-4200-126000
Essential Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience required.
- Hands-on experience with all stages of software development - ideation, architecture and design, development, testing, and deployment, is ideal. You should be able to lead software development with a keen eye for detail.
- Candidates with in-depth experience in full-stack development in JavaScript will be preferred. In particular, working experience with REST APIs and building interfaces in Angular is essential. Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must.
- Hands-on experience with developing mobile apps is also essential.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- A solid understanding of software engineering principles is a bonus. Candidates with experience in writing maintainable, modular, and reusable codebases will be prioritized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in online education.
- A minimum of 60% marks is required in SSC, HSC, and graduation.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The selection will be based on a written test and interview at IIT Kanpur. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/interview. Short-listed candidates will be informed about the date and place of the written test/interview. The position is purely temporary.

- Strong experience with Drupal CMS, including knowledge of core functionalities, modules, and themes. Must have experience working with Drupal 7, Drupal 8, and Drupal 9 versions.
- Ability to create custom Drupal themes or modify existing ones.
- Experience in developing custom Drupal modules to extend site functionality. Understanding of Drupal hooks and APIs.
- Proficiency in working with databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git for tracking and managing code changes.
- Knowledge of techniques to optimize Drupal website performance, including caching strategies, is essential.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in other technologies like Express.js, Streamlit, and R&Shiny will be preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs and its implementation.
