Vacancies in Project for Finance and Administrative Cadre
Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the office of the Dean of Research and Development, IIT Kanpur on purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year. The period may be extended based on requirement.
A. Post: Senior Project Manager (01)
Consolidated Salary Structure: 25000-2500-50000. (Higher start may be considered for exceptionally qualified and experience candidates)
Minimum Qualifications: (CA/ICWA/CS) + 5 years relevant experience of supervisory work in a Govt. office or in educational Institute or in business organization of repute.
Desirable Experience: Candidates should have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing and Financial procedures.
B. Post: Deputy Project Manager (01)
Consolidated Salary Structure: 16000-1600-32000. (Higher start may be considered for exceptionally qualified and experience candidates)
Qualifications: First Class Post Graduate degree (MBA/MCA/M.Com/M.Sc./M.A) + 5 years relevant experience. (Preference shall be given to candidates having excellent verbal and written communication skills in English).
Desirable Experience: Candidates should have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing and Financial procedures, OR Administrative matters including Legal, Recruitment, Establishment, OR Project Management, agreements, Intellectual property rights, Contracts & MoUs relevant to research etc. Practical experience of using relevant software’s in related areas is essential.
C. Posts: Project Assistant (04)
Consolidated Salary Structure: 9000-900-18000. (Higher start may be considered for exceptionally qualified and experience candidates)
Qualifications: Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) with 50% or above marks.
Desirable Experience: Candidates should be hard working and should have experience of 2 - 3 years in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing and Financial procedures, OR Administrative matters including Legal, Recruitment, Establishment, OR Project Management, agreements, Intellectual property rights, Contracts & MoUs relevant to research etc.
