Project Scientist (post-doc) position is available in the DST sponsored project entitled “Boron Nitride Based Adsorbent for Removal of Arsenic from Aqueous Streams”.
Qualification: The position requires Molecular Modelling and Simulation background with a PhD in Chemistry/Physics/Materials/Chemical Engineering. The candidate should have a strong quantum mechanical background. Initial appointment for the above post will be for one year, and may be extended further. The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis.
Salary range: Rs. 22,000-2200-44,000.
The department reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will accordingly be called for interview.
