There is an urgent need of a Senior Project Engineer for a R&D project. The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis. Here are the details.

Minimum qualifications

Ph.D. or M. Tech. with proper experience and capabilities. The applicant should have at least 65% (or GPA o 6.5) for all of his/her college degrees.

M. Tech. applicant should have a minimum and relevant work experience of 3 years.

The applicant should have very good knowledge of FEA especially in context of solid mechanics related problems.

The applicant should be well versed in using FEA tools (NASTRAN/PATRAN and/or ABAQUS).

Desired experience

• CAD software packages
• Nonlinear FEA
• Strong command in oral and written English
• Industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in product new design and development

Term of Appointment

One year. The term may be extended if required.

Salary Range

Consolidated salary of Rs. 32,400-2,700-81,000
