Applications are invited for one post of Project Assistant in a sponsored project (SERB /ME /2015441) at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification: B.Sc., with some qualification in data handling or statistics.

Desired work experience: Minimum two years work experience. Some experience of preparation of technical documents and of handling numerical data is needed. Additionally, prior experience of project and administrative work in IIT Kanpur will be useful. Some proficiency with M.S. Office and Adobe Illustrator is needed.

Salary Range: Rs. 9000-900-18000 (consolidated).

The post is purely temporary.
