Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Project Engineer under  SERB (DST) sponsored project entitled “Development of Amorphous Metal Oxy-Nitride Semiconductors for TFTs” at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, IIT Kanpur.

Essential Qualification: M.Tech. in (Electrical/Electronics, Materials/Metallurgical, Chemical) OR B.Tech. (Electrical/Electronics, Materials/Metallurgical, Chemical) + 3 Yrs. of experience. MSc (Physics) with relevant experience  (minimum 3 years) will also be considered.

Desirable Experience: Candidates having experience in thin film deposition via sputtering will be given preference.

Salary: Rs. 26400 – 2200 – 66000 (based on experience)

Term of Appointment:  One year (extendable to 3 years or till the end of project)
