Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Digital Learning. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Consolidated Pay: 50400-4200-126000 (The consolidated starting salary will be approximately Rs. 50400)

Essential Qualification and post qualification experience: PhD (preferably, Science) +2 years of relevant experience at appropriate level in a Govt. organization or in educational institute of national/international repute.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge about the Marketing and Sales Cycle Activities.
  • Familiar with office procedures and operating systems: Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, Mac OS and proficiency in using software like Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of course evaluation forms, feedback forms, questionnaires, surveys and proficiency in using statistical software like SPSS, R.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills (both English and Hindi).
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in working with government organizations, academic institutions, and corporate entities of national/international repute.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing and social media responsibilities, including creating and editing videos for different media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google plus, Twitter) according to social media formats
  • Writing blogs, creating brochures, posters, and flyers for various programs in collaboration with Principal Coordinators (PCs).
  • Overseeing and optimizing marketing activities conducted by third-party companies, providing suggestions for optimization.
  • Coordinating with faculty members to understand and address their requirements for the promotion of the program on regular basis.
  • Addressing academic-related issues with students and promptly communicate through emails and phone calls to resolve queries and issues.
  • Communicating with government organizations, academic institutions, and corporate entities to foster collaboration.
  • Processing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and other formal documents.
  • Designing & content writing for newsletters, annual reports etc.
  • Managing and organizing online/offline events
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the competent authority time to time.
