Responsibilities

Admin related profile:

  • Develop and implement administrative procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative activities, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate administrative support for meetings, events, and projects, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage administrative budgets, expenses, and resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing expenditures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing practices.

HR related profile:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Develop strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development. Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate goal-setting processes.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate employee development initiatives and support career growth opportunities.

Travel

  • As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams

Qualification

  • Post graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience Or Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, build relationships.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and administrative tools/systems.
