Hi,

1. From 1-2-16 onwards, extras (excluding veg and egg counters) will be
given after you make entry in the new extras register introduced at the
mess counter (next to mess entry gate). You are requested to get your
photo (passport size) glued on the page corresponding to your room before
1-2-16. If you don't have your photo on the page you will not be allowed
to make any entry in the register and hence you will not be able to take
the extras.

2. Also note that there is complaint register kept at the mess counter at
the entrance. Please feel free to write your suggestions.
