Instructions for preparing a video of your presentation

Kindly follow these guidelines strictly.

• Please upload your video files on edas latest by 20 July 2021.
• The video file size should not exceed 100 MB for contributed papers.
• The duration of the video must not exceed 17 minutes for contributed papers.
• Accepted video file format: mp4. Other formats will not be accepted.
• Required dimensions: minimum height of 480 pixels and aspect ratio: 16:9

General Suggestions

• Put about 4-5 bullet points on each slide
• Each bullet should be 1-2 phrases, preferably fitting into a single line.
• Try not to exceed 20 words per slide
• All fonts should be 20 points or higher
• Leave sufficient space between lines
