Applications are invited for the following position to work with the Office of Outreach Activities. The post is temporary, and the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for one year. The period may be further extended based on performance and requirements.

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate + 08 years relevant experience ‘OR' Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) + 15 years relevant experience
Desirable Experience and Key Responsibilities:
LMS Management:
- LMS Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility for all users.
- Course Management: Develop and manage course structures, schedules, enrollments, and learner engagement strategies within the LMS.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to instructors and learners, troubleshooting issues related to course access, content, and system functionality.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with content creators to upload and organize course materials, ensuring compatibility and adherence to quality standards.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate instructors and learners on effective LMS usage.
- Data Analysis: Monitor course performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
- System Maintenance: Coordinate with IT and LMS vendors to implement updates, integrations, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all online courses meet established quality standards and are aligned with instructional design best practices.
- Call Support Management: Oversee a dedicated support line during office hours and beyond if necessary to assist users with real-time issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and technical challenges.
- Email Support: Provide users with responsive email support during office hours and beyond if necessary for promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Proficient in Jira (project management tool): Generating tickets and creating test cases
Infrastructure Management:
- Hypervisor: Manage virtualized environments using Hypervisors (AHV Nutanix, KVM, etc.).
- VM: Create, configure, and optimize Virtual Machines (VMs).
- System Monitor: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
Experience: 8+ years of LMS experience in administration and Infrastructure Management
