Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Sr. Project Associate under the project entitled “Centre of Excellence for Large Area of Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur” at SCDT, IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech + 1 year relevant experience Or Post graduate + 1 years relevant experience Or Graduate + 4 years relevant experience.

Desirable Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with at least 5 years’ experience.

Desirable Expertise:

• Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience of the following area
• Working experience in Chemistry lab
• Working experience in making nanomaterials
• Familiar with basic material characterization techniques

Nature of work:

The candidate’s tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and development in the field of nanochemistry
• Formulation of ink or paste
• Optical characterization of thin films
• Prepare presentations and reports.

Salary: Rs. 25900-2100-63700/- (per month based on qualification)

Term of Appointment: The appointment will be purely on temporary and contractual basis initially for a period of one year or end of the project, whichever is earlier
