The President addressed the gathering of alumni at the recently
held PAN-IIT 2004 meet at Pragati Maidan in Delhi on 24-25, 2004. In spite
of his busy schedule and earlier commitments, the President found time to
join the gathering of more than 2000 alumni and other invitees, in the late
evening on 24th December and spent nearly two hours laying the road map to
India's all-round development.
The Pan IIT meeting was attended by the Directors of all
IIT's and other prominent movers and shakers of the country's technocratic
community.
