Summer Camp 2004 for Undergraduate Civil Engineering students started on 8th June 2004 at IIT Kanpur. The inaugural function was presided over by Prof. SG Dhande, Director, I.I.T. Kanpur. Mr.Robert Uthwatt, Resident Engineer, COWI-SPAN JV was the chief guest at the occasion. Other eminent persons present in the inaugural function were Professor S.K. Jain, Prof. Bithin Datta, I.I.T.Kanpur, Prof. M.C. Tondon and Mrs. R. Tondon, TCPL New Delhi, besides the Campers and other faculty members of I.I.T. Kanpur. Dr P.K. Mohapatra Coordinated the function.
