Applications are invited for three nos. of Assistant
Project Manager/Project Assistant in the following sponsored
projects tenable at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT
Kanpur under the supervision of the undersigned.
- “A Study of The Effects of Wake Passing on
Turbine Blade Film Cooling—both Numerics and Experiments”.
- “Numerical Simulations of Flow and Heat Transfer
around Film-Cooled Gas Turbine Blades with Different Turbulence
Models”.
- “Large-Eddy Simulation of Transitional Flow
over a Low-Pressure Turbine Blade”.
Emoluments: Rs. 11000-20000 for
Assistant Project Manager and Rs.9000-18000 for Project Assistant
depending on qualification and experience. The position is purely
temporary.
Qualifications:
Assistant Project Manager: PG (MBA/MCA/Msc) + 1
yr experience with a good academic background.
Project Assistant: Graduate (BCA/Bsc)
+ 1 yr experience or PG (MBA/MCA/Msc).
Proficiency in English both communication and
writing, knowledge of using computers, WORD Documents, LINUX System.
The person having some experience of web development
is highly encouraged to apply.
