Applications are invited for one post of Project Associate in a DST sponsored project titled, “Thematic Unit of Excellence on soft nanofabrication with applications in energy, environment and Health at IIT Kanpur” in the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification:BTech(Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering) ORM.Sc(Physics)

Desired Qualification: The applicant should have a strong background and knowledge gray scale lithography, ZnO nanostructure based gas sensors, Soft Lithography, Electrospinning, and desktop molecular printing. Applicant must have a good knowledge of programming in MATLAB, C and Mathematica.

Salary Range:Rs. 10000-1000-20000.

The post is purely temporary, and is for duration of one year. If shortlisted, copies of relevant certificated will be required, and will be checked against original certificates at the time of interview.
