Applications are invited for one post of Project Scientist in a DST sponsored project titled, “Thematic Unit of Excellence on soft nanofabrication with applications in energy, environment and Health at IIT Kanpur” in the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. or M.Sc + 3 years experience.

Work Experience:

The applicant should have a strong background and knowledge on the fabrication of nano-lithographic patterns using spontaneous instability and self assembly of polymer blend and polymer bilayer thin films. Good knowledge of AFM, FESEM, E-beam lithography, spin coater and Ellipsometer is also required.

Salary Range:Rs. 22000-2200-44000.

The post is purely temporary, and is for duration of one year.
