Applications are invited for Project Associates to work on the sponsored research projects. The details of the project and qualification requirements are listed below:

1. The Kosi River Alluvial Dynamics and Associated Risks (sponsored by Indo-French Centre for Advanced Research)
Number of posts: One
Qualification and Experience: M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Geology/Applied Geology; those with some experience in sedimentology and geochemistry will be given preference.
Salary: Rs. 15000-1500-30000

2. The Structure and Dynamic of Groundwater System in Northwestern India Under Past, Present And Future Climates (sponsored by NERC, UK and MOES)
Number of posts: Two
Qualification and Experience: M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Geology/Applied Geology; those with some experience in geohydrology will be given preference.
Salary: Rs. 15000-1500-30000

3. Hydrometeorological Feedback and Changes in Water Storage and Fluxes in Northern Indian Basins (sponsored by NERC, UK and MOES)
Number of posts: One
Qualification and Experience: M.Tech. degree in Civil engineering (Hydraulics and water resources); those with some experience in river hydrology and sediment transport will be given preference.
Salary: Rs. 15000-1500-30000

4. Fluvial Geomorphology in the Ganga River Basin Management Plan (Sponsored by MoEF)
Number of posts: One
Qualification and Experience: M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Geology/Applied Geology; those with some experience in geomorphology, remote sensing and GIS will be given preference.
Salary: Rs. 15000-1500-30000
