Applications are invited for one (1) position for Senior Project Associate and one (1) position for Project Associate in a DRDO project as per details given below.

Project Title: DEVELOPING TECHNOLOGY FOR MOTION CORRECTION DURING LASER SCANNING.

1. Post-1: Senior Project Associate (1 Post)

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech + 1 Year Experience or M.Sc + 1 Year Experience

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having
a) M.Tech or B.Tech + 3 years Experience (Preferably in Geoinformatics)
b) Good working knowledge of LiDAR and must be familiar with LiDAR capturing and processing techniques.
c) Good working knowledge of GPS and IMU.
d) Must be experienced in experimental fabrication, programming (C++ and/or MATLAB) and theoretical development.
e) Should have all through first class or above 6.0 grade point.

Salary Range: - 18000-1800-36000
Duration: 02 months

2. Post2: Project Associate (1 Post)

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech (CSE/IT) or M.Sc.

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having:
a) Must be familiar with LAS file format, LiDAR data capturing and processing techniques.
b) Minimum four (4) months experience in C++, Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) and OSG (Open Scene Graph).

Salary Range: - 15000-1500-30000
Duration: - 06 months

Nature of Work for Post-1: Fabrication of experimental set up, Conducting field experiments, Visit to DRDO site, Theoretical development.

Nature of Work for Post 2: Development of tools and software for LiDAR data visualization and processing.
