Qualifications Requirement

Doctorate Degree / Post Graduate Degree with a minimum 15 years experience on a senior position in a reputed organization in a leadership role.

Job Description

The Consultant will be required to manage the NICEE’s staff and assist the Coordinator on all matters pertaining to NICEE. Typical responsibilities will include (indicative only and not limiting to)

• Formulating and recommending policies, establishing and accomplishing goals by implementing the issued directives;
• Preparing budgets and grant proposals, and ensuring that the organizations financial and actuarial systems are sound;
• Liaising with potential national and international donors for the fund raising activity;
• Ensuring timely printing of publications and periodicals of NICEE and their dispatch to the subscribers of NICEE;
• Cooperating with and acting as NICEE’s liaison with national and international organizations, government departments and agencies, legislative bodies and the public;
• Logistic requirements for seminars and conferences organized from time to time;
• Executive ability at a senior level in a technically driven organization with impeccable English language skills for business communications.

Salary Range : Rs. 35,000 – 3500 – 70,000/- (Consolidated)

The post is for one year and can be extended on the basis of performance.
