Job summary: The person will assist in a research project titled "Decisions Made Under Uncertainties and Limited Information by IIT Kanpur Undergraduate Students".

The post-holder will be responsible for: Coordination and implementation of work in collaboration with two faculty members in Economics at IIT Kanpur.

Providing background research assistance as directed to support the development of the Survey Questionnaires.

Providing assistance as directed in the data collection process at IIT Kanpur.

Conduct research under the guidance of the involved faculty members : summarizing the background literature, understanding the theoretical background and compiling and analysing the data.

Drafting briefing statements, reports, commentaries and presentation decks.

The post-holder may be required to perform any other duties appropriate to the pay point.

Qualifications and Work Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need: Masters level qualification in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or any other relevant field.

Desirable: Experiencein working with STATA, Microsoft Office.

Remuneration: 15000-1500-30000 per month in accordance with qualification/experience.
