Applications are invited for the post of SRF in CSIR funded Project No. 22(0479)/09/EMR - II titled “Nanofinishing using magnetorheological finishing (MRF) technique”.

 This project involves planning of experiments, development of analytical models, and computational work. The project also involves application of virtual instrumentation to the MRF. Candidates should have adequate aptitude for process planning, modeling and optimization of advanced machining processes. Initially the appointment will be made either for one year or till the end of the project. GATE / NET qualification is a must

Minimum qualifications and salary range are as follows:

Desirable qualifications :B.Tech. / B.E. (First Class) +2Yrs. Experience /M.Tech. / M.E. / M.Sc. (Physics or Chemistry)

Salary Range:Rs. 14,000/- p.m.

The B. Tech./M. Tech. should be in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
