Applications are invited for temporary position of Project Mechanic in the Project “Motion and Interactions of Domains in Fluid Lipid Membranes” (Project N0. DST/ME/ 20120003) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kanpur.

Post: Project Mechanic (one)

Salary Range: A consolidated salary will be fixed based on qualification and experience in the range of Rs. 7000-700-14000 per month.

Essential Qualification: A High School with good ITI skills, trained in softwares such as Latex, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel, using CCD camera, and video equipment.

The appointment will be on purely temporary basis and initially for 01 years from the date of appointment. Subject to mutual agreement and the funds being available, the tenure of the position could be extended.
