Applications are invited for one post of Project Scientist
in a DST sponsored project titled, “ENHANCED IONIC CONDUCTIVITY
OF SOFC (SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL) VIA NANO-CEO2 REINFORCEMENT”
at the Department of Materials Sciences & Engineering, IIT Kanpur.
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. or M.Sc + 3 years experience.

Work Experience:
The applicant should have a strong exposure to Spark Plasma Sintering
machine. In addition, exposure
to MTS (Material Testing System) for tension, fatigue, compression,
three-point bending test is preferred.
A synergistic material-chemistry background is desirable. Working
knowledge of computer-based office
applications (LabView, MS Office, etc.) is a must.
Salary Range: Rs. 15000-1500-30000.
The post is purely temporary, and is for duration of nine months.
