Knowledge & Experience required: Design of computational models.
Knowledge of phase change in materials. Use of thermal strains in
simulations. Analysis of cantilevers and systems under bending. Knowledge
of GaAs or GaN based devices.
Use of ABAQUS & COMSOL for solving problems using finite element
method
