are invited for one position of senior project associate
under the project entitled ‘Synthesis and characterization
of cellulose clay nanocomposites’.
Minimum Qualification:
B Tech / M Sc with 1 year of experience in materials science and
engineering or chemistry.
Experience/ Higher Qualification:
1. Candidate should have previous hands on research experience in
organic synthesis or polymer characterization.
2. The project will require organic synthesis, characterization
and dynamical mechanical analysis of synthesized composites.
3. The candidate must have knowledge about Fourier transform infrared
spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, scanning
electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, x-ray diffraction.
4. Should be throughout 1st division.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Salary range:
INR. 12000 – 1200 – 24000 (consolidated)
The position is temporary for a maximum of one year. Duration can
be extended at the end of year on satisfactory performance.
