An IGCAR-IITK cell has recently
been created at our Institute. Specific areas
of research identified in the MOU include
mechanics and materials, thermal hydraulics,
multi-scale modeling, instrumentation, mechanisms,
and machine vision. As a first step, IGCAR
Kalpakkam has granted nine projects (listed
below) in the area of mechanics for a total
amount of Rs 1.65 crores.
