Academic Background:

I did my PhD from IACS, Kolkata (2010-2015), and after postdoctoral experiences at TIFR (Mumbai, 2015-2018), Florida State University (USA, 2018-2021), and SISSA (Italy, 2021-2022), I joined IIT Kanpur as an Assistant Professor in August 2022. I am a theoretical physicist primarily working on Beyond Standard Model Physics.

Research Interests:

In the recent past, I have mostly worked on construction and applications of low energy effective field theory in beyond standard model physics, axion searches at the intensity and cosmic frontier, and phase transition in the early universe. During my PhD, I worked on supersoft supersymmetric frameworks and their signatures at the LHC.
