Postgraduate Programmes

    The summary of Eligibility Criteria are given below:-
         1)  D.IIT ( Diploma of the Institute )
         2)  M.Tech (Master of Technology)
         3)  Ph.D in Engineering
         4)  Ph.D in science
         5)  Ph.D in Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS)
         6)  Admission to Part-time Programmes leading to the M.Tech/Ph.D Degrees

  1) D.IIT ( Diploma of the Institute ) :-
                      Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science with not below the specified minimum marks.
                      Sponsored by recognized Industries.
  2) M.Tech (Master of Technology) :-
                       Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science with not below the specified minimum marks or Directly based on the GATE Score.
  3)  Ph.D in Engineering :-
                       Master’s degree in Engineering with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum marks or Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 75% marks/7.5 CPI in 10 point grade scale.
  4)  Ph.D in science :-
                       Master’s degree in the relevant subject or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum.
  5)  Ph.D in Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) :-
      The Eligibility is either one:-
                       Masters degree in the relevant subject.
                       Master’s degree in sciences.
                       In an allied field of HSS with Marks/CPI not below the specified minimum.
 
               Also there is Admission to Part-time Programmes leading to the M.Tech/Ph.D Degrees for local professionally employed person. The Eligibility is:-
                       An Employee of a Recognized Organization with 2 years of Service.
