Dr.Nidhi Gupta has twenty five years of experience in teaching, training and research in Law in India and Europe; Her main areas of interest are: dispute resolution, transnational litigation and contract law and contract management. She has vast experience of conceptualising and conducting trainings for non-legal persons as well as for lawyers and judges. She has been involved in organising trainings on contract law and contract management for non-legal executives of organisations like Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL). She was also a faculty at the National Judicial Academy Bhopal for six years. She continue to be a guest faculty at the Rajasthan State Judicial Academy.
