Public Grievances

We recently developed and deployed a novel search engine for public grievances at the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Encouraged by the value added by our system, the Prime Minister’s Office has asked us to implement it across all Indian Government Departments and Ministries.

We are collaborating with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Quality Council of India (QCI), and the NIC team. As a part of this project, we understand the various government schemes by visiting individual Indian Government ministries, in Delhi and the Indian States. After analysing the processes, we provide quality, technical feedback to improve the efficiency of those schemes.

CDIS has also released a new app for CPGRAMS. It mirrors the functionality of the existing web platform, offering voice-to-text capabilities in English, Hindi, and other Indian languages, predictive grievance submission features, a dashboard for tracking grievances and receiving updates, and security features like OTP verification for secure access, facilitating efficient citizen engagement and management of grievances.
