Submissions to, and presentations at COPEN 12 will follow a new modality aimed at ensuring higher quality scientific exchanges. There will be three tracks
for presentation. a-track for presenting posters showcasing early-stage research and development, ß-track for presenting 4-page papers showcasing research that has reached some maturity, and the d-track for presenting improvements to research already published in International journals of repute in the last 12 months.

COPEN12 will publish a book of abstracts for all accepted submissions/presentations. Authors can expand the work they present at the conference and submit it to where they please. COPEN12 will not aid or participate in that process.

Important Dates

Submission : 31st October 2022.
Decision   : 15th November 2022.

Poster Presentation.
Showcase early stage R&D.

    Present improvements to your research already published in International journals of repute in the last 12 months( 1st June 2021 to 30th July 2022 ) by submitting a 1-page abstract outlining changes to the paper you are improving on.
