Applications are invited for the post in the Computer Centre, IIT Kanpur, in the Project titled "Institute Website 2025".

About the project: The work is related to the development of websites and databases.

Designation: Project Assistant (01)

Salary Range: 19000-1600-47800

The appointments are purely temporary and contractual, and the duration of the contract is one year.

Project Assistant:

Minimum Qualification & Post Qualification Experience:

Graduate (B.Sc./ B.A./ B.Com/ BBA/ BCA/ LLB)

Desirable: Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work independently under guidance and as part of a technical team for development and maintenance of websites using CMS platforms such as Joomla and WordPress, including profile-based and institutional websites, with working knowledge of GSAP for web animations. Proficiency in Bootstrap, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, etc. Working knowledge of photo-editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
