Desirable: The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be eager to learn new technologies, take initiative in knowledge sharing, and effectively train others. The candidate must be proficient in DevOps practices, including CI/CD implementation, infrastructure automation, system monitoring, and deployment processes. They should also be skilled in developing scalable web applications using the MEARN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js) and experienced with CMS platforms like Drupal and Joomla. Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, and front-end development is essential. Experience in plugin/module development, caching strategies, intelligent search tools like Solr, and working in Linux environments is required. Familiarity with log analysis tools such as SIEM or Splunk is also desirable.
