Applications are invited for the following temporary & contractual post of work as Project Assistant in the project “HIRING OF MANPOWER (WAGES) IN EARTH SCIENCES IITK/ES/2024419”.

Post: PROJECT ASSISTANT (01 Post)

(The appointment is purely contractual and duration of appointment is initially for one year or till the end of Project whichever is earlier).

Minimum Qualification and post Qualification Experience:

Graduate (B.Sc./ BA/ B. Com/ BBA/ BCA/ LLB)

Number of Position: One (01)

Desirable post qualification experience:

  1. 02 years' relevant experience in Government Organization or the Educational Institute.
  2. Experience in handling office works such as document handling (inwards, outwards, or distribution of dak within Institute departments or Offices, and Maintenance of office files and/or filing of papers.
  3. Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
  4. Working knowledge of basic computer applications like MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  5. Candidate should have thorough experience in arranging seminars, meetings & classes
  6. Ready to work for extra hours and on weekends if required.

Salary Range: Rs. 19000-1600-47800

Duration of appointment:The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is for initial period of one year or till the end of project whichever is earlier (Maybe extended based on performance and requirement).
