Applications are invited for the post of Project Attendant (Level – 1) (01) in New Office Automation Project (DDIA). The post is for One Year. It is purely temporary and on contractual basis and the period may be extended based on performance and requirement of the project.
Minimum Qualification and Post Qualification Experience:
8th Class + 04 years of relevant experience.
Or
10th class + 02 years of experience.
Number of Position: One (01)
Desirable Experience: The candidate should have basic qualification with minimum 02 years of experience. Preference will be given to a graduated candidate. We are looking for candidates as Project Attendant with hands on experience of working in an office related to an ERP project along with:
- Knowledge of handling various department related papers- inward/outward and dak /dispatch work.
- Assist in general routine work of the office and maintaining office equipment/ devices.
- Assist in call management, record keeping and reports filing.
- Working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office, Excel.
- Good communication in English (verbal/ written),
- Able to manage sanitation, pantry and housekeeping of the office.
- Ready to work for extra hours and on weekends if required.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, conference rooms and their maintenance and assisting visitors/ guests and helping them.
- Carrying messages/documents within departments/ offices for internal communication and various tasks as asked by superiors
Salary Range: Rs. 8000 – 400 – 24000

Conditions:

- If the number of applications for the position is large, the selection committee may decide an appropriate short listing criteria over and above the essential qualification required to restrict the number of candidates for the interview to a reasonable limit.
