Applications are invited for one position of Project Technician under the project entitled ‘Central Cryogenics Facility’. The appointment is purely temporary and on a contractual basis.

Name of the post: Project Technician (One)

Minimum Qualification and Post qualification Experience : 3 Years Engg. Diploma +4 years’ relevant experience (Or) High School + ITI + 9 Years of relevant experience (Or) B.Sc. + 4 Years of relevant experience.

Salary range : 14400-1200-36000

Desirable Qualifications:

  • ITI or Diploma in a relevant field (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining workshop machinery such as lathes, milling machines (both conventional and CNC), drilling machines, cutting and grinding tools, welding equipment, and sheet metalworking tools
  • Experience in welding will be especially desirable
  • Experience with CNC machines will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of computers.

Note:

  • The position is temporary for a maximum duration of one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance at the end of one year.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
