ICFMCF2022 Best Paper Awards

Aditya Birla Capital has sponsored the Best Paper Awards and there are 2 awards to be given for ICFMCF2022.

  1. Aditya Birla Capital Best Paper Award for Best Paper: Overall
  2. Aditya Birla Capital Best Paper Award for Best Paper: Student Catgeory

The winners have been selected by an Award Review Committee and entails a certicate of Best paper and cash prize of Rs 30,000 for Aditya Birla Capital Best Paper Award in Overall category and cash prize of Rs 20,000 for Aditya Birla Capital Best Paper Award in Student category respectively. The selection was made by a panel of four members of the Scientific Committee, including Prof. S.N.Rao (IIT Bombay), Prof. Piyush Pandey (IIT Bombay), Prof. Puja Padhi (IIT Bombay) and Prof. Sarthak Gaurav (IIT Bombay).

Aditya Birla Capital Best Paper Award for Best Paper: Overall- Dr. Silu Muduli (Reserve Bank of India) and Shridhar Kumar Dash (XIM, Bhubaneswar)  for paper titled Funding Liquidity and Risk-taking Behaviour of Banks in India

Aditya Birla Capital Best Paper Award for Best Paper: Student- Sumit Saurav (IIM Ahmedabad), Prof. Sobhesh Kumar Agarwalla (IIM Ahmedabad) & Prof. Jayanth R Varma (IIM Ahmedabad) for paper titled Role of Derivatives Market in Attenuating Underreaction to LeftTail Risk: Evidence from India
