Applications are invited for the position of Senior Research Fellow in the project titled " 3-D Shock Wave Boundary Layer Interaction (SWBLI) Flowfield Characterization at Hypersonic Speeds " funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation

Name of the Post: Senior Research Fellow

Salary: Rs. 42,000 (Consolidated) per month.

Minimum Qualification: MTech in Aerospace Engineering

Essential Skillset: A basic understanding of high-speed flows

Desired Skillset: Candidates with a background in experimental exposure, and shock tunnels will be preferred.

Nature of Work: Performing quantitative and qualitative experiments to understand and characterize the flow unsteadiness associated with 3-D SWBLI in a hypersonic flow using the shock tunnel facility at IIT Kanpur.
