Applications are invited for temporary or contractual post of Project Assistant under the project entitled "Understanding the mechanism of Mg2+ mediated SOS induction in Mycobacterium tuberculosis to decipher its role in antibiotic resistance and survival in macrophage" at Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, IIT Kanpur.

For the Position of: "Project Assistant"

Minimum Qualification: M.Sc.

Desirable Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology) with project experience of bacterial culture handling and desire to learn protein purification.

Salary: Rs. 24000 (consolidated) /- per month

Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract or till end of Project whichever is earlier.
